With a fleet of more than 55+ luxury vehicles, we are seeking a dedicated Safety Training Coordinator to help lead our Safety and Driver training, promote a strong safety culture, and help ensure every driver meets the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and customer service.

What You'll Do
As our Safety and Training Coordinator, you will help lead the development and oversight of our driver training and safety programs while promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization. You will help coordinate new-hire onboarding, driver training, regulatory compliance, vehicle safety initiatives, and safety-related communication with drivers, management, and support staff. Your role is to help ensure every trip is conducted safely, professionally, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and federal and state regulations.
Safety & Training
- Driver Training Files: Maintain and organize driver training files to ensure compliance with FMCSA and MDOT regulations.
- New Hire Training and Onboarding Process: Conduct orientation and train new drivers to meet safety, regulatory standards, and company policy.
- Refresher Training: Coordinate and organize refresher training sessions for existing drivers to ensure ongoing safety and compliance.
- Auditing & Compliance: Audit and monitor drivers' Hours of Service (HOS) using Samsara to ensure adherence to federal guidelines.
- Assist in preparation: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and National Interstate Insurance, as well as MTMIC work comp audits.
- Trip Coverage: Drive trips as needed, including covering last-minute trips.
- Accident Investigation: Assist with accident investigations, incident documentation, and reporting.
- On-Call Driver Support: Provide on-call support for the driver’s line, address urgent needs, and ensure safety protocols.
- Department Support: Support other departments as needed, assisting with cross-functional tasks and collaboration.
- Computer Literacy: Must be proficient in using computers and common business software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar). Must be able to effectively use email, internet browsers, and other office applications, and quickly learn and utilize company-specific software and technology.
