WRJ Design is looking for an Office and Hospitality Coordinator to be the welcoming face and steady hand behind our luxury Interior Design headquarters in Jackson, WY. You’ll manage front desk operations, curate a hospitality experience worthy of our brand, and support our Operations team with the day-to-day details that keep the firm running smoothly. If you love creating polished, memorable experiences for clients and partners, and you’re just as comfortable coordinating a vendor visit as you are setting up a client lunch, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors warmly, answering and routing calls, and receiving deliveries.
- Create a beautifully styled, welcoming environment across the Great Room, conference rooms, and entertaining spaces.
- Curate hospitality for client meetings, events, and building tours, from catering to the smallest detail.
- Support the Operations team with calendar management, travel, CRM updates, and general administrative needs.
- Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers to keep the headquarters running seamlessly.
- Assist with planning and execution of WRJ and Stags Landing events.
Your Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in office administration, hospitality, luxury retail, or a client-facing role.
- A polished, professional presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating curated, memorable moments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort learning new software and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
