Overview
Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher and become a vital part of creating exceptional dining experiences! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety will shine. Whether you're passionate about crafting delicious dishes, supporting meal service, or maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, this position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary expertise. All positions are paid, ensuring your valuable contributions are recognized from day one.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist in assembling menu items according to established recipes and standards
Support the kitchen team with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by washing and sanitizing regularly
Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure a safe dining environment
Assist with dishwashing duties to keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service hours
Help with basic menu planning and food presentation under supervision to enhance customer satisfaction
Support catering events and special functions by preparing and serving food as needed
Follow through on weekly and daily deep cleaning
Proper rotation and labeling are priority.

Skills

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environments is highly desirable
Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food industry best practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues
Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus for understanding special dietary needs
Having a "the customer is the most important part" mentality
