LUCDA is a mission-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving children and families across Lincoln and Uinta counties. Through Head Start, early intervention, and special education services, we are committed to building stronger communities and brighter futures.

We are looking for passionate, purpose-driven Family Service Worker At LUCDA, you’re not just filling a role… you’re making an impact.

Job Summary

The Family Service Worker will support, guide, and coordinate educational opportunities for families while establishing and maintaining ongoing partnerships based on trust. The role includes implementing strategies, including home visits, to learn about families, developing individualized family plans, and linking families with community resources. The Family Service Worker will work to support families in achieving their goals, assist in times of crisis, promote family literacy, and respect and respond competently to the cultural and individual values of each family. .

Minimum Requirements

Associates Degree or current enrollment in program or CDA
Within eighteen months of hire will have an AA degree or Child Development Associate certification (CDA).
Excellent interpersonal skills, self-management, flexibility, teaming, and organizational skills.
Support of LUCDA philosophy, adherence to LUCDA policies and procedures, and Head Start regulations
