Key Responsibilities:

As a Diesel Technician, your primary duties will involve:

Responding Quickly: Attend dispatched jobs promptly and safely, providing timely assistance.
Diagnosing Failures: Accurately assess mechanical and electrical issues on-site, including engine, transmission, and suspension problems, and perform repairs with professionalism and urgency.
Performing Repairs: Conduct repairs on various systems, including diesel engines, brakes, tires, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Documentation: Use digital tools for inspections and maintain communication with dispatch, documenting parts used, labor performed, and repair results.
Customer Interaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through professional interactions, addressing concerns and providing clear explanations of repairs.

Working Conditions:

This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. You’ll need to be flexible and responsive to changing environments while managing roadside challenges.

Tools & Working Smart Phone.
A valid driver’s license with a good MVR history.
The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors under various conditions.
