Field Technician / Coordinator
Spartan Companies, LLC
Rock Springs, Wyoming Area

Spartan Companies, LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Field Technician / Coordinator to support field operations in the Rock Springs, Wyoming area. This position combines administrative coordination with equipment tracking and inventory management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer literate, and comfortable working with both office and field personnel.

Responsibilities:

Inventory, track, and maintain records of company equipment and assets.
Enter and update equipment information in company databases and spreadsheets.
Coordinate equipment assignments, deliveries, and returns.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Communicate with field personnel regarding equipment status and availability.
Assist with general office and operational support duties as needed.
Ensure records are organized, accurate, and up to date.

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Oil and Gas Experience is a plus
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and pay close attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in inventory control, equipment tracking, operations coordination, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
