The Financial Advantage (Maximize Your Earnings)

Guaranteed Base: $300,000 high-floor salary
No State Income Tax: Wyoming has $0 state income tax, meaning you take home significantly more than in neighboring states
Debt Relief: $90,000 in student loan repayment ($30,000 paid out annually for your first 3 years)
Upfront Cash: $30,000 sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation allowance

Practice Highlights: High Volume, Low Burnout

The Built-In Team: You aren't doing this alone. You will lead a veteran support team of three experienced Nurse Practitioners and a dedicated office staff who handle heavy lifting
Turnkey Panel: Inherit an established panel of active families. You will be busy from Day 1, but with the support of your NPs to manage the day-to-day volume
Inpatient Integration: Manage newborn rounding and pediatric admissions with the efficiency of Cerner EMR and Dragon dictation
Collaborative Environment: Enjoy strong, supportive Emergency Department backup and a single-specialty environment
