Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Fixed Operations Dealership Manager to lead and optimize the performance of our dealership’s service, parts, and repair departments. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability through effective management, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making. Your leadership will foster a high-performing team environment, ensuring seamless processes and continuous improvement across all fixed operations functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to shape the success of our dealership’s fixed operations with energy and precision.

Duties

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of service, parts, and repair departments to ensure efficiency, quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow business volume, improve operational workflows, and increase profitability.
Analyze profit and loss statements regularly to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction; utilize Excel data analysis for insightful decision making.
Supervise team management activities including hiring, training, coaching, and developing staff to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
Drive process improvements using lean management principles to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational performance.
Oversee business development initiatives to expand customer base through targeted marketing strategies and exceptional service standards.
Manage projects related to operational enhancements, facility upgrades, or new technology integrations that support long-term growth objectives.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards while maintaining a focus on operational excellence.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, review performance metrics, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience

Proven management experience within automotive fixed operations or similar service-oriented industries with a focus on dealership environments.
Extensive experience in team management at both supervisory and executive levels; demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Strong proficiency in Excel data analysis for financial reporting, profit & loss analysis, and strategic planning purposes.
Demonstrated success in business development initiatives that drive revenue growth within fixed operations departments.
Expertise in operational management including process improvement methodologies such as lean management principles.
Background in sales strategies related to service retention programs and parts sales growth.
Experience supervising large teams with a focus on team development, performance management, and leadership excellence.
Knowledge of profit & loss analysis techniques combined with strategic management skills to optimize dealership profitability.
