Senior Salesforce Integration Engineer

100% Remote | 6 Month Contract to Hire | Potential for Earlier Conversion

VALiNTRY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Integration Engineer to design and build a sophisticated customer communications ecosystem using Salesforce as the central orchestration platform.

This is not a traditional Salesforce administration or configuration role. We need a hands on engineer who can connect multiple technologies including telephony, SMS, call cadence, automated outreach, and external APIs into a unified Salesforce driven solution.

Pay: $75.00–$85.00 per hour (W-2)
For exceptional candidates with highly relevant experience or specialized technical skills, compensation above the listed range may be considered. If your background aligns well with the role, we'd love to hear from you.

Business Impact

This position has a direct impact on revenue.

The business converts approximately 90% of the leads it successfully connects with, making speed to lead critical. The goal is to use Salesforce as the conductor to automatically coordinate communication technologies and help sales representatives connect with new leads as quickly as possible.

Success means more leads reached, faster engagement, higher conversion, and increased revenue.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop an integrated communications ecosystem with Salesforce as the central orchestration layer.

Build complex integrations supporting telephony, SMS, call cadence, and automated customer outreach.

Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex and related Salesforce technologies.

Engineer integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, platform events, middleware, and asynchronous processing.

Design workflows that coordinate lead activity and communication across multiple platforms.

Solve integration, scalability, reliability, data synchronization, and performance challenges.

Troubleshoot complex issues across Salesforce and connected systems.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture and production solutions.

Qualifications

Senior level software engineering experience with significant Salesforce development expertise.

Advanced hands on Apex development experience.

Proven experience architecting and building complex Salesforce integrations.

Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, asynchronous processing, and event driven architecture.

Experience integrating telephony, CTI, SMS, dialers, call cadence, or customer engagement technologies.

Strong understanding of software architecture, integration patterns, data flows, scalability, and system reliability.

Ability to independently determine how multiple technologies should be engineered together to solve a business problem.

Relevant Technology Experience

Experience may include Twilio, Five9, Genesys, Amazon Connect, RingCentral, Dialpad, Vonage, Talkdesk, Salesloft, Outreach, Salesforce CTI, or comparable communication and integration technologies.

Candidates do not need experience with every platform listed. We are looking for engineers who have demonstrated the ability to architect and build complex integrated systems around Salesforce.
