Simon Lever offers unmatched accounting, auditing, tax and business consulting services. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Client Service Team and Lead Advisors. This role is ideal for someone who excels at problem-solving, critical thinking, and executing in a fast-paced, service-focused and collaborative environment. Responsibilities include:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings/travel, and prepare accurate firm/client documents
Support client communications and ensure high-quality service
Prepare timely bill and reporting
Prepare reports and assist with financial tasks
Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and administrative team members
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Help organize Client Service Team events and assist with client proposals
Suggest process improvements and help train new team members
Support reception and general office needs as needed

Top candidate will possess:

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills
Strong communication abilities and professionalism
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Reliable and detail-oriented
Administrative experience and capable with office technology
Ability to work very occasional overtime and during fast-paced environment during tax season
3-5+ years of strong administrative support experience
Financial or Public Accounting industry a plus!
