Drive Quality and Collaboration as a Chief Anesthesiologist in Yakima, WA at MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital.

Lead a team committed to uncompromising care and collaboration. As the Medical Director, you’ll lead a strong team of trusted colleagues who deliver exceptional care and help shape outcomes that matter for patients and the community of Yakima.

Local Team Collaboration:

Join our new team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs at a well-established hospital in Yakima, WA.
Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other provider groups.
Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.
Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and the outdoors.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia.
Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Washington.
Leadership experience preferred, but a collaborative mindset and respect for the care-team model are essential.
We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.

Oversee departmental operations, staffing, and scheduling with a focus on fairness and flexibility.
Partner with hospital and nursing leadership to uphold patient safety and quality standards.
Support continuing education, mentorship, and professional development for all anesthesia providers.
Collaborate on policies and best practices related to anesthesia care, airway management, and perioperative safety.
Focus on caring for complex cases in a busy collaborative care team environment.

Rewards and Compensation:

Annual compensation up to $630K, based on the number of shifts worked.
Commencement incentive of up to $75K and relocation offered to those who qualify.
