What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a dynamic RN leader with a successful track record in Home Health leadership who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and team development.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (WA or Compact Nursing License)
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 3+ years of Home Health experience
- Minimum 2+ years of Branch Director or Home Health leadership experience
- Minimum 1+ year of recent Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience
- Minimum 1+ year of recent OASIS experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations, accreditation standards, and home health operations
- Current driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
As Branch Director, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the Home Health branch while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities include:
- Direct daily branch operations to maximize operational efficiency and clinical excellence
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Clinical Managers and branch staff
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, Medicare, and accreditation regulations
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient satisfaction metrics
- Oversee branch budgets, revenue goals, and fiscal performance
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Business Development teams to support census growth
- Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and develop top clinical talent
- Monitor clinical performance, productivity, and quality outcomes
- Lead survey readiness and maintain regulatory compliance
- Manage HIPAA compliance and organizational policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
