Practice Area: Plaintiff Personal Injury

Lead High-Value Personal Injury Litigation in Washington

Bush & Bush Law Group is a rapidly growing plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Attorney licensed in Washington to lead our litigation practice in the state.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned trial attorney looking for more than just a caseload. You'll play a key role in expanding our Washington presence, helping shape litigation strategy, and building a best-in-class personal injury practice while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.

Responsibilities

Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from pre-suit through trial.
Handle motor vehicle accidents (MVA), commercial vehicle accidents (CVA), catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and other complex injury matters.
Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, settlement negotiations, and jury trials.
Develop litigation strategies to maximize client outcomes.
Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and litigation support staff.
Build and maintain relationships with medical providers, expert witnesses, investigators, and other litigation professionals throughout Washington.
Assist with developing Washington-specific litigation procedures and best practices.
Advise firm leadership on local court rules, legal developments, and litigation strategy.
Mentor future attorneys and litigation staff as the firm's Washington practice grows.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
Minimum 10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
Extensive experience handling MVA and commercial vehicle accident cases.
Strong deposition, mediation, negotiation, arbitration, and courtroom experience.
First-chair trial experience strongly preferred.
Outstanding legal writing and advocacy skills.
Ability to independently manage a complex litigation docket.
Experience working remotely while maintaining excellent responsiveness and client service.
