About the Transitional Coach Program

The Transitional Coach Program supports students during the most critical turning points in their education. We ensure children have the academic, emotional, and social tools to thrive. As a Transitional Coach, you’ll be more than a counselor—you’ll be a trusted guide and advocate for students navigating life-changing school transitions.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ mental health and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and administrators to create coordinated care plans.
Conduct student performance check-ins and participate in school-led behavioral conferences.
Offer guidance that helps students navigate both academic and personal challenges during key transition periods.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Marital Counseling, Professional Counseling, or Psychology.
Experience: Relevant work in counseling, therapy, or student support.
Licensing: Active state license (if required in your location).
Professionals who value autonomy and prefer to self-manage rather than report to a daily supervisor.
