Full Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations in Wapato, WA. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a community-focused pharmacy serving a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
Manage pharmacy technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment
Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure all medications and supplies are properly stocked
Keep detailed and compliant records in line with regulatory standards
Support excellent patient care by promoting clear communication and attentive customer service
Engage with the community, understanding and addressing their pharmacy needs

Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist with the ability and desire to manage pharmacy operations
Management experience is preferred but not required; leadership potential is highly valued
Strong communication skills with a warm and approachable personality
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus due to a large Spanish-speaking patient base but not mandatory
Commitment to relocating to Wapato and investing in this community’s health and well-being

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

This permanent position presents a rewarding career path with a salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 annually. Candidates must be open to relocating to the Wapato area to ensure a stable and long-term presence within the community.
