I opened my agency in 2026 after spending many years in the finance industry. While I enjoyed finance, I was drawn to agency ownership because it gave me the opportunity to work directly with individuals and families, build lasting relationships, and make a meaningful impact in my community.

I graduated from the University of Nebraska and have been married to my wife, Lydia, for over a decade. We have two young children and enjoy spending time outdoors, running, hiking, participating in local races, and staying active as a family. Nick Hochstein - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
