Client Service Associate

Doylestown, PA

Invictus Wealth Management, located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, is actively seeking a Client Service Associate to join their experienced firm. A team of advisors with a rare combination of experience and industry qualifications, they can cover every financial aspect of their clients’ lives.

The Client Service Associate (CSA) position is an empowering, customer service orientated role with endless opportunities. The administrative team is very important as they are the first voice a client hears when they call the office. This position will focus on enhancing the overall experience by providing unparalleled client service while also serving as administrative and operational support to the firm. The ideal candidate is one that is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has a warm and caring attitude, is willing to learn, and encompasses great time management and problem-solving skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring all client needs are promptly and accurately addressed; politely answer telephone calls and address administrative questions
Review and respond to all electronic correspondence; promptly address issues and concerns with professionalism and attention to resolution
Prepare and review documents and materials for client meetings, ensuring accuracy and organization
Prepare deposits and scan incoming checks; process receipt of physical security certificates; maintain Time Stamp log; create and accurately process ACH’s and money transfers, journal entries, payments via check to outside vendors
Create and close accounts as advised; make changes to managed accounts under the direction of the Financial Advisors
Establish and maintain client files to meet regulatory and compliance requirements, create and produce reports and databases for maintaining files and record keeping

Required Qualifications

Bachelor or Associates degree preferred but not required with relevant work experience; completed college coursework in conjunction with work experience will also be considered
2- 3 years industry experience preferred, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
