Are you a friendly, energetic, and highly organized individual with a passion for hospitality? Home2 Suites by Hilton Beaufort, SC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team!

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
Handle credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper reconciliation.
Communicate effectively with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless guest service.
Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel front desk setting, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Proficiency with computer systems and hotel property management systems
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
