Full Job Description

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts

What You’ll Be Doing

Set up CNC mills and lathes using proven and new programs
optimize proven programs for unmanned / lights-out runs
Verify first-article parts and monitor process stability
Perform in-process inspection using standard metrology tools
Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
Work with programming and quality teams to maintain consistency

What We’re Looking For

Experience setting up Mazak, Haas, or Mori-Seiki CNC machines
Familiarity with Fanuc and/or Mitsubishi controls
Working knowledge of G-code and M-code
Experience with 4-axis and/or 5-axis machining (Milling)
Strong measurement skills (micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, comparators)
Ability to read blueprints and understand geometric tolerancing
Solid grasp of geometry and basic trigonometry

Nice to have (not required):

CMM operation or programming experience
Exposure to Mastercam
