If you're an experienced Collision Damage Appraiser who takes pride in delivering accurate estimates and outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you!

Greet customers professionally and guide them through the repair process from estimate to delivery.

Inspect vehicle damage and prepare complete, accurate repair estimates using CCC estimating software and manufacturer repair procedures.

Coordinate repairs with technicians to maximize workflow and production.

Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and adjusters throughout the repair process.

Obtain approvals for supplements and ensure timely claim processing.

Monitor repair progress and provide proactive customer updates.

Coordinate parts ordering and repair scheduling.

Review completed repairs to ensure they meet our quality standards before vehicle delivery.

Explain completed repairs to customers and ensure complete satisfaction.

Maintain accurate documentation and repair files.
-
Follow all dealership, insurance, OSHA, and state regulations while maintaining a safe work environment.

Valid Pennsylvania Vehicle Damage Appraiser (Estimator) License required.

Previous collision estimating/appraising experience required.

Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software preferred.

Strong understanding of vehicle repair procedures and insurance claims.

Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask in a fastpaced collision center.

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
