Full Job Description

Status: Full-Time Hourly

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Dauphin County Clinic.

Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
Must be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/365 – Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software)
Must have the ability to work well with others, be friendly and have an outgoing personality.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Associates degree is preferred.
Minimum High Scholl Diploma or equivalent is required.
Proficient Computer knowledge is necessary including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
Knowledge and experience using database type software
Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful.
Non-Traditional Schedule; Evenings and Weekends may be required.
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
