Commercial Concrete & Masonry Restoration Foreman

Join a Growing Leader in Commercial Restoration

Structural Restoration Services (SRS) is seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete & Masonry Restoration Foreman to lead crews on challenging and rewarding restoration projects throughout Harrisburg to Baltimore surrounding area.

We are looking for a leader—not just someone who knows how to perform the work, but someone who can motivate a team, communicate effectively, solve problems, and take ownership of every project.

Our work includes commercial, institutional, industrial, and historic restoration projects involving structural concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, coatings, and specialty restoration systems.

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise crews of 3–10 field employees.
Plan daily work activities to maximize productivity and quality.
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Communicate daily with Project Managers regarding schedule, production, and project challenges.
Maintain a safe and organized jobsite while enforcing OSHA standards.
Complete daily reports, production tracking, timecards, and project documentation.
Work directly with owners, architects, inspectors, and general contractors.
Train and mentor field employees to develop future leaders.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to SRS quality standards.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

Commercial concrete restoration
Masonry restoration and repointing
Structural concrete repair
Waterproofing systems
Traffic coatings
Sealants
Historic restoration
Structural strengthening
Shoring
Suspended scaffolding and swing stages
Commercial scaffolding
Rigging
Reading construction plans and specifications

Candidates with leadership experience in commercial construction, heavy civil, industrial maintenance, structural steel, or general contracting are encouraged to apply, even if they have limited restoration experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience preferred.
Previous foreman or crew leadership experience.
Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Experience using tablets or smartphones for project documentation is a plus.
