Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare and set dining room tables according to fine dining standards.
- Polish silverware, glassware, and service items to maintain impeccable presentation.
- Complete table setups and service stations before each shift to ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of dining rooms, service areas, restrooms, and the office throughout the shift.
- Greet and accommodate guests by promptly providing water service and responding to miscellaneous guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Pre-bus and clear tables efficiently while maintaining an unobtrusive and polished guest experience.
- Reset tables promptly to ensure timely seating while maintaining presentation standards.
- Communicate table status and dining room updates to managers, hosts, and servers.
- Assist servers with dessert service, beverage support, and other service-related tasks as needed.
- Run hot and cold food immediately upon completion to ensure quality and proper timing.
- Remove soiled linens, dispose of trash, and maintain a clean, organized back-of-house environment.
- Fold napkins and roll silverware according to restaurant standards.
- Assist with organizing and stocking the liquor room, including unloading deliveries when necessary.
- Maintain clean, stocked service stations throughout the shift.
- Restore all dining rooms and service areas to pristine condition at the end of each shift.

- Maintain assigned stations, side work, and service areas in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including polishing glassware and silverware, stocking service stations, and preparing the dining room.
- Support fellow servers, server assistants, hosts, bartenders, and managers to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
