This position is perfect for high school students who are eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and don't mind staying active throughout their shift. As a Jr. Store Associate, you'll gain experience in customer service, cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and store operations while working alongside an experienced team.
What You'll Do
As a Jr. Store Associate, you'll help ensure every customer has a great shopping experience by assisting throughout the entire store. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Operating a cash register accurately and efficiently as a regular part of the job.
- Providing outstanding customer service while resolving customer questions.
- Stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise throughout the store.
- Building attractive product displays and merchandising seasonal items.
- Rotating product and checking dates to maintain freshness and quality.
- Performing light janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, cleaning windows and entrances, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
- Helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming store for customers and teammates.
- Assisting with additional store projects and daily tasks as assigned.

Schedule
This position is designed for students and offers scheduling that works around school.
Weekdays
Weekends
- Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- Typical shifts are 4, 5, or 8 hours depending on business needs.
Applicants should be available to work evenings during the school year and have weekend availability.
