Prestige Ford – Columbiana, OH

Prestige Ford in Columbiana, Ohio is under new ownership and entering a major growth phase. We are preparing to triple our current inventory and significantly increase sales volume, and we are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager who wants to grow with us and play a key role in building a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the Finance & Insurance (F&I;) process for vehicle sales
Present and sell financial products such as service contracts, GAP insurance, and protection plans
Secure financing through various lenders to provide customers with competitive options
Ensure all transactions comply with state, federal, and dealership regulations
Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
Provide a seamless and positive finance experience for customers
Work collaboratively with the sales team to finalize deals and meet dealership goals

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales or automotive finance, preferably within a dealership environment
Experience working in a dealership F&I; department or selling financial services
Dealertrack experience preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with customers

Pay: $70,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
