Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our team as Licensed Life Insurance Agents(no experience required - we provide training & walk you through licensing). You'll help families protect what matters most, while building your own long-term career and income.

Responsibilities

Sell and explain insurance products including life and health coverage to clients, identifying needs and providing tailored solutions.
Proactively generate and follow up on leads, conduct consultations, and close policies while meeting regulatory and compliance standards.
Maintain accurate client records, renewals, and benefits administration; coordinate with internal teams as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and educate clients on policy options, HIPAA considerations, and coverage details.
Persistently pursue outside and retail sales opportunities, negotiate terms, and track performance against targets.

Qualifications

Proven communication and sales skills; ability to explain complex coverage options and tailor solutions to clients.
Experience in outside or retail sales is a plus; multilingual/bilingual abilities and negotiation skills are beneficial.
Customer service orientation with the ability to manage benefits administration and HIPAA considerations.
Life insurance sales experience or licensure is preferred; no experience needed for entry with training provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
