As our PRN Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide essential clinical expertise and compassionate care to hospice patients on an as-needed basis. Collaborate with Purpose: Work alongside RNs, LPNs, Social Workers, and Chaplains to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
Make Clinical Decisions: Respond to urgent patient needs, perform visits as needed, and ensure continuity of quality care
Document with Care: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with hospice regulations

Your Impact Zone:

As a PRN Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide care throughout the Youngstown area, bringing clinical expertise and compassionate support to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, and hospitals – wherever they feel most comfortable.

What You Bring & What We Offer

Required Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner License (FNP, AGNP, or similar)
Valid Driver's License
Current liability insurance
1+ years clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Hospice experience
ACHPN (Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse) certification
