Job Overview
The Skin Center is seeking a talented and motivated Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about delivering best-in-class patient care and is excited by the opportunity to help launch our newest market in Youngstown, Ohio. This is a unique opportunity to join our team during an exciting period of growth and play a key role in establishing and building our presence in the region. We're looking for an eager, collaborative, and results-oriented provider who wants to be part of the launch, help cultivate a loyal patient base, and grow alongside a well-established, industry-leading organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments including, but not limited to injectables (e.g., Botox, filler) and laser treatment services
- Develop strong rapport with patients, review patient medical records, take detailed notes and maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
- Provide exceptional clinical outcomes and customer service
- Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms
- Complete clinical and sales training and continuing education
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on technique, adverse events and clinical best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from a top school
- Two years of work experience in aesthetics, dermatology or plastic surgery preferred
- Exceptional communication and bedside manner
- Interest in an evidence-based and patient-centered approach to care
- Team-oriented, high energy, positive and professional attitude
- Ability to think critically and work independently
- Professional appearance
- Passion for medical aesthetics
Compensation is market-competitive and will be based on experience. Benefits include vacation, healthcare, 401k, parental leave, performance-based incentives and discounts on skincare products and services.
Please note that while we build out our new Youngstown location, this position will be temporarily based out of our Pittsburgh or Cleveland offices. The role is not expected to officially begin operating out of Youngstown until the end of 2026.
