Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be proficient in managing office functions, ensuring a productive work environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively supervise staff, manage budgets, and maintain efficient office systems.

Duties

Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage scheduling and calendar management for executives and staff.
Supervise administrative staff and provide training development as needed.
Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
Utilize QuickBooks for budgeting and financial reporting.
Maintain effective phone etiquette while managing phone systems for incoming calls.
Develop and implement office policies to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with medical staff for medical office management tasks as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Experience
Candidates should have a proven track record in office management or a related field. Experience in the following areas is preferred:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience supervising teams and managing performance.
Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management.
Knowledge of medical office management is a plus but not required.
