About Us

Hampton by Hilton Youngstown Boardman is seeking a full-time Front Desk Representative who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and creating positive guest experiences in a friendly, team-focused environment.

We are especially interested in candidates with prior hotel experience, preferably within Hilton-branded hotels. However, we are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service experience.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Representative plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations and payments, and assisting guests throughout their stay to ensure they feel valued and well cared for.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
Check guests in and out accurately using the hotel’s property management system
Answer phone calls, process reservations, and assist with guest inquiries
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms meet brand standards
Promote Hilton Honors enrollment and educate guests on hotel amenities
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Complete required daily reports and shift responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous hotel experience preferred
Hilton brand experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems
Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
