Collision Estimator in Training / Customer Service Representative

Location: Heritage Collision – Ann Arbor, Michigan

Heritage Collision is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Collision Estimator in Training / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Ann Arbor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and an interest in building a long-term career in the collision repair industry.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, eager to learn, and enjoys helping customers through the repair process. Previous experience in the collision industry or familiarity with the CCC ONE collision management system is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.

We are looking for someone who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, is dependable, takes initiative, and has exceptional pride in their work. If you enjoy delivering outstanding customer service and are committed to doing the job right the first time, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service from the first point of contact.
Assist Customer Service Representatives with daily front office operations.
Learn to prepare accurate collision repair estimates using CCC ONE.
Assist with writing repair orders and managing repairs from start to finish.
Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing timely updates.
Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and insurance companies to ensure a smooth repair experience.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate customer and repair documentation.
Help deliver a professional, organized, and welcoming experience for every customer.

Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Takes pride in producing high-quality work and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
Collision repair industry experience or knowledge is preferred.
Experience with CCC ONE is a plus but not required.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
