Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AP AR Office Admin to join our administrative team. This vital role involves managing accounts payable and receivable processes, providing exceptional office support, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proficiency with office management tools, and excellent communication abilities. T

Duties

Handle all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain organized financial records using Reynolds DMS (WILL TRAIN!)
Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls professionally
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, including updating client information and transaction records
Support office management duties like filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining confidential information securely
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email and supporting client communication efforts

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems and customer support
Customer Service, Personal assistant or office experience is a plus
Ability to perform data entry accurately and great attention to detail
