What You'll Do
As a Resident Aide, you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful interaction.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and social engagement.
- Assist with meals, hydration, and dining room service.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Follow individualized service plans while promoting each resident's dignity and independence.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Work closely with Medication Technicians, the Resident Care Coordinator, and the management team to provide outstanding resident care.

QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, CNA, Home Care Aide, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or ability to obtain.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and transfers.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.
