ILS Mentor (Life Coach) – Siskiyou County (Yreka / Mt. Shasta Area)

If you're looking for steady hours, a supportive culture, and real career growth, Compass SLS & ILS has an opening in Siskiyou County, CA for an Independent Living Services (ILS) Mentor / Life Coach.

You must live within the service area of Yreka or Mount Shasta, and be willing to drive throughout the region—from Hornbrook to Dunsmuir—to meet the needs of your clients.

Compass helps adults with developmental disabilities live independently in their own homes. As an ILS Mentor, you’ll walk alongside your clients as a life coach—offering skills training, encouragement, and practical support tailored to their goals.

What We're Looking For

Reliable and teachable—no college degree required
Excellent with scheduling & community resource navigation

Car, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
Pass a drug test & background check
Eligible to work in the U.S.
CPR & First Aid Certification (complete before hire—we’ll pay!)
