Annual Salary: $176,300-$213,300

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Chapa-De's enterprise technology strategy, aligning infrastructure, clinical applications, and digital initiatives with organizational and patient care goals.

Lead the organization's information security and risk management programs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, data governance standards, cybersecurity best practices, and tribal data sovereignty considerations.

Oversee technology operations, vendor partnerships, and managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing systems that support employees and patients.

Inspire and develop high-performing technology teams while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:

8-10 years' progressively responsible IT leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Bachelor's Degree in health care administration, business or information technology, cybersecurity or related field.

Track record of designing and implementing security solutions and best practices in a healthcare setting.

Experience with EHR management, regulatory oversight, information security management, voice/telecommunications and IT operations.

Proven experience establishing or maturing a data governance program in a healthcare setting.
