Full Job Description

We're seeking a Billing Clerk to join our Hybrid team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys investigating billing issues, reconciling expenses, and ensuring every dollar is accounted for correctly.

Must-Have Qualifications

Billing, auditing, reconciliation, or expense review experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

What You'll Be Doing

This position is primarily focused on billing reconciliation and expense management, with approximately:

75% Billing & Expense Auditing
25% Administrative Support

Your Day-to-Day May Include:

Reviewing invoices, receipts, and travel-related expenses
Auditing charges to ensure accuracy and authorization before client billing
Identifying billing discrepancies and researching resolution options
Reconciling expenses within Oracle
Communicating with drivers, hotels, rental car companies, airlines, and vendors
Partnering with internal teams to resolve billing questions and discrepancies
Tracking and documenting expense-related issues
Managing a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy
Supporting administrative tasks that keep the department running smoothly

Can spot billing errors and confidently resolve discrepancies

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Communicates professionally and effectively with vendors, drivers, and internal teams

Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do next

Enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Has strong Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel skills

Has Oracle experience (a plus, but we'll train the right person!)

Must-Have Qualifications

Billing, auditing, reconciliation, or expense review experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
