Einstein Bros. Bagels - Immediate General Manager Needed!

Are you a highly skilled and motivated individual looking to lead and manage a dynamic team? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and delicious bagel-loving environment?

Einstein Bros.® Bagels, your neighborhood bagel shop, is seeking an enthusiastic General Manager to direct and manage our business activities. Join us in spreading joy and happiness through our freshly baked bagels and enjoy a perfect work-life balance with our stores closing at 2pm!

Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily business operations
Developing and implementing growth strategies
Training low-level managers and staff
Creating and managing budgets
Improving revenue
Hiring employees
Evaluating performance and productivity
Analyzing accounting and financial data
Researching and identifying growth opportunities
Generating reports and giving presentations

Requirements:

Degree in business management or a master's in business administration
Good knowledge of different business functions
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Strong work ethic
Good interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Computer literate
Proactive nature
