Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Machinist and become a vital contributor to precision machining excellence! In this role, you'll operate and set up CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, including Doosan Fanuc lathes and Haas Fanuc milling machines, to produce high-quality components. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will drive efficiency and accuracy in our production processes. Responsibilities: CNC Mill Machinist

Department: Manufacturing / Operations

Reports To: Manufacturing Supervisor / Plant Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (unless otherwise designated)

Position Summary
Responsible for setting up, operating, adjusting, and producing precision machined components using CNC milling equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Setup and operate CNC milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Select tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters
Perform machine offsets and minor program edits
Conduct inspections and verify dimensions
Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
Maintain production and quality documentation

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
3+ years CNC milling experience preferred
Blueprint reading and measuring equipment proficiency

Performance Expectations

Meet production goals
Produce conforming product
Maintain safety and attendance standards
