Full Job Description

Make a Difference Every Day

Beyond90 is seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Case Worker to join our Level Up for Success (LUFS) team.

In this role, you’ll work directly with refugee and immigrant individuals and families as they build new lives in Northeast Florida. Through relationship-based case work, coaching, advocacy, and resource navigation, you’ll help clients overcome barriers, achieve stability, and move toward long-term self-sufficiency.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct case work and support to refugee and immigrant individuals and families.
Welcome and assist walk-in clients with immediate needs and referrals.
Complete client assessments and develop individualized service plans.
Coach clients as they work toward personal goals and greater independence.
Connect clients with housing, healthcare, employment, education, legal, and community resources.
Assist with applications for public benefits and essential documentation.
Collaborate with Beyond90’s mental health team and community partners to coordinate services.
Maintain accurate, confidential client records and case documentation.
Conduct home visits and accompany clients to appointments when needed.
Build trusting relationships that empower clients to thrive.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) required.
Passion for serving refugee, immigrant, or other vulnerable populations.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build relationships with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Experience in social services, human services, community outreach, family services, or case work is preferred.
Knowledge of community resources and public assistance programs is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Ability to transport clients in a personal or company vehicle and conduct home visits (when needed).
Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
