Territory Account Manager

Salary Range: $60,000+ Base Salary + Great Commission Opportunity

CR&R Environmental Services is seeking a motivated and driven Territory Account Manager to grow business relationships and expand our customer base within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who enjoys prospecting, developing strategic relationships, and delivering solutions that help customers succeed.

The Territory Account Manager plays a key role in supporting CR&R’s continued growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships. This position helps deliver environmental service solutions that support businesses and communities throughout the regions we serve.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
Build relationships with commercial and industrial customers
Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and customer meetings
Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and renewals
Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
Develop strategic sales plans to drive measurable revenue growth

What We’re Looking For

Outside sales or account management experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
