Overview
Topflavor Farms is a family owned and operated company with administrative offices based in Yuma, AZ. & Salinas, CA. and we are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our vendors, employees, and visitors, for our Yuma location. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be Bi-lingual, and will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently, while remaining open to learning other administrative roles within the company.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Utilize office software including MS Office Suite, MS Teams and Industry Specific Accounting Program for various clerical duties.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Handle mail distribution and other administrative tasks as required.
Assist with basic inquiries regarding services offered by the organization.
Assist as backup for other positions within the company as needed.

Skills

Bilingual proficiency is needed, enhancing communication with diverse group of employees, vendors, & clientele.
Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with office software such as MS Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Industry Specific Accounting Software, & Zoho platforms.
Experience with phone systems to manage calls effectively.
Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with vendors, company employees and company team members alike.
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
