Full Job Description

Korf Chevrolet & CDJR is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Yuma, CO. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily administrative operations of our dealership, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate their activities to maintain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations.
Communicate effectively with dealership departments to support sales, service, and parts operations.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting related to office management.
Serve as a point of contact for vendors, customers, and internal staff.
Implement and improve office procedures to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably in an automotive setting.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or business management is a plus.
