Remote Debt Collections Specialist - Call Center

Location: Classroom Training (3 weeks) in Yuma County - Remote After Training

Pay: $16.00/hour + Uncapped Monthly Bonuses

What We're Looking For

We're hiring ambitious individuals who possess the following skills:

Technically proficient with ability to use multiple systems

1-2+ years of Call Center experience

Bonus: Previous experience in collections, sales, or customer service with a track record of success.

Schedule & Training

Paid Training - 3 weeks on site in Yuma County with subsequent on the job training through the use of Teams or Zoom. You will learn, practice, and get confident before taking live calls.
Work Hours:
- Mon - Fri: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm OR Mon - Fri: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Work From Home Requirements

High Speed Internet - Cable or Fiber (no cellular hotspots)
Private Area - Locked door with desk & chair
Noise & Access Control - Children, pets, people, and electronics cannot be present during working hours
Webcam - Ability to be on webcam during working hours
