Job Summary
Advanced Imaging & Lab of Yuma is seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will ensure smooth office management and efficient administrative support. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical and office management expertise in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.
Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible.
Handle data entry tasks such as filing, updating records, registering patients, taking copays and updating insurances in our EHR.
Manage provider schedule, schedule appointments, verify insurance
Provide general administrative support including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence.

Skills

Excellent phone etiquette with experience operating multi-line phone systems.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Proven office management skills with prior clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
Experience in customer service roles with a focus on providing support and maintaining positive interactions.
Attention to detail for proofreading documents, data entry accuracy, and filing systems.
Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; experience as a personal assistant or in office support roles is beneficial.
