Location: Yuma, Arizona - Role requires daily, in-person attendance
Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday; approximately 30 to 35 hours per week; During School Day; One School Year Based Fellowship (final schedule depends on school placement)
Part-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday; AM Schedule Block - 8:00 to 12:00; PM Schedule Block - 12:00PM to 4:00 PM; approximately 20 - 29 hours per week; During the School Day; One School Year Based Fellowship (final schedule depends on school placement)
Hourly Rate: $18/hour (non-exempt, paid bi-weekly)
Start Date: midJuly 2026
End Date: late May 2027 (Aligns with the end of the program/school year)

What You’ll Do

Deliver daily, small-group math tutoring during the school day

Build strong relationships with students and support their growth

Requirements

Age 18 or older

Current enrollment in a degree program, prior enrollment, or completion of at least an associate’s degree

English proficiency (Spanish language skills a plus)

Ability to commit through the end of the school year

Successful completion of required background screenings

Ability to reliably commute to school location based on assigned schedule
