PeaceHealth SHMC at Riverbend in Springfield, Oregon is seeking a Manager Ambulatory Pharmacy for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position.
This position will cover all of the PeaceHealth Oregon network - so occasional travel to Cottage Grove and Florence will be required. Under the direction of Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy Services, this position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day, operational, and clinical activities to ensure optimal ambulatory services are provided. The manager facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of programs that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe and cost-effective drug therapies. Within scope, ensures compliance, financial management, staff development, patient satisfaction, and quality within the network. Must have working knowledge of Epic and experience of building and delivering clinical services.

What You Bring:
Doctor of Pharmacy Required: Pharmacy Rph, BS, Pharm D.
Minimum of 5 years Required: ambulatory and hospital pharmacy experience; 2 years of which are in a supervisory capacity
Required: Upon Hire: Pharmacist - Oregon Registered Pharmacist in State of Practice
