We are currently hiring for Machine Operators in our Youngsville, NC Manufacturing Facility. Join us if you are interested in working in a fast paced, financially sound, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Our company offers great benefits including monthly bonus.

Note: Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required

SCHEDULE:

6 a.m - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
Some overtime required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures
Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
Adapting and ensuring the production lines have material and parts timely
Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable
Ensuring work space is clean, safe, and in working order

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Positive energy is required
Self starter and go getter attitude
Able to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills
CNC, Press break, or punch operation experience required
Proficient with hand tools
Physical stamina and strength, ability to lift 50+ lbs
Proficiency in English

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required

SALARY:

Starting at $18 an hour, based on experience
Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits
