What we’re looking for in an Accounts Receivable Coordinator:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is required; experience with EMR software is recommended
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
What you’ll do as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator:
- Submit accurate invoices in a timely manner to various payers
- Follow up on outstanding accounts by communicating with insurance companies and/or patients
- Maintain organized records of accounts receivable transactions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes
