Full Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities include:

Posting customer invoices and credits.
Posting receipts to customer accounts.
Settlements – post and apply cash receipts (follow up on notable discrepancies).
Reviewing weekly AR aging reports for past due accounts/invoices.
Contacting customers via phone or email to follow up on outstanding invoices.
Tracking and investigating deductions from customer payments.
Assisting Sales team members with return authorizations, and gathering documentation for review of discrepancies related to pricing, freight, and quantities.
Processing customer requests for invoices, statements, or other account information.
Inter-company transactions.
Review/post daily transactions.
Update customer pricing as they come through.
Enter sales contracts.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree preferred. HS Diploma or GED required.
General knowledge of Excel is strongly preferred.
General knowledge of system software is a plus.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Extremely meticulous and detail-oriented.
Feel comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
Work well both independently and in a team environment.
Hands-on training will be given for all backup responsibilities.
