Assistant Sales Manager – Harley-Davidson

One of the leading Harley-Davidson dealerships in the area is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager who is passionate about motorcycles, leadership, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

This is more than a management position—it's an opportunity to coach, motivate, and help build a championship sales team while working for one of the most recognized brands in the world.

What You'll Do

Assist in leading and motivating a team of Harley-Davidson Sales Professionals.
Coach the sales team daily through role-playing, objection handling, and product knowledge.
Work directly with customers to create exceptional buying experiences.
Help desk deals and maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ensure all CRM opportunities, follow-up, and customer communication are completed daily.
Drive showroom traffic, appointments, demonstrations, and test rides.
Maintain inventory presentation and merchandising standards.
Partner with Finance, Parts, MotorClothes, and Service to maximize dealership performance.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales professionals.
Help achieve monthly sales, CSI, and dealership goals.
Lead by example by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive, power-sports, RV, marine, or high-volume retail sales management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Organized and self-motivated.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
Comfortable using CRM systems and technology.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Motorcycle endorsement is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
